Change Management in Times of Crisis

Tuesday, April 26, 2022 -
6:30pm to 8:00pm

Join us for our IIBA Seattle April 26 chapter meeting, in the cloud! We are very excited to have Kristina Pham as guest speaker. Kristina will share knowledge and insight on Change Management as it relates to Business Analysis.

Change Management in Times of Crisis with Kristina Pham

How do we manage change in a crisis with no time to plan?  Now, changes are bigger, faster, more complex, and world-impacting events (like Covid for the last two years). Oftentimes we have to consider highly adaptive decisions where our plan must be highly responsive to the current business requirements -- what is needed now and in the moment to achieve adoption and usage.  Adaptive Actions aren’t about the search for perfect or right answer. Rather, it’s about making progress with the best business requirements you have at the time, to provide incremental changes that allow you to learn and refine as you go. Come join us to hear more about how change management is connected to the business analysis and project management aspects of an initiative/effort.
