Vanessa Dennison is the Owner of Dennison & Associates, providing business analysis and project management consulting services to associations and nonprofit member organizations. She has over 15 years’ experience in the association industry, as an association staff member, a vendor consultant, and an independent consultant. She has implemented industry best practices, operational improvements, and enterprise software in dozens of organizations. In her work, she has learned many ways to break the ice on organizational tensions, and has helped countless teams cut through internal politics to make excellent group decisions.
