Lauren is a management consultant with nearly 20 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has provided business analysis, project management, and knowledge management expertise to clients within the intelligence and defense communities and, more recently, state and local government agencies. Lauren realized the value of a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®) qualification back in the 2000s and earned it while founding a business analysis community of practice within a global consulting firm. She recently re-certified as a CBAP v3 and wished she had kept up with those recertification requirements the last time.
