Event Details:
No matter what your role is in the agile space and in your workplace, you'll run into co-workers who are difficult to get along with, team members who won't participate, and stakeholders who are demanding - in fact, you probably already have! Drawing on my experience as a mediator, I'll give you strategies for working effectively with difficult people, navigating incompatible conversational and personal styles, dealing with organizational status differences, and surviving and thriving on self-organizing teams - and any team at all.
