Make your job easier and more effective with BABOK techniques

A carpenter without a hammer trying to build a house. A painter without brushes trying to paint a landscape. Difficult or futile? Similarly, trying to perform Business Analysis without a full set of tools can be inefficient and frustrating. Learning new tools and techniques will help expand your toolset when confronting new challenges and opportunities.

The Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®) outlines 50 different techniques directly applicable to performing analysis.  Understanding these techniques will make you a more versatile and effective contributor, improve team performance, and improve delivery of value to your organization.  The presenter will provide an overview of BABOK techniques, diving deeper in a few, then lead participatory exercises.

Join us for this informative and fun Chapter meeting!
