Understanding these techniques will make you a more versatile and effective contributor, improve team performance, and improve delivery of value to your organization. About the Presenter:
Joel Ohringer is a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP ®) with over 20 years of experience. This includes performing analysis work on digital transformation initiatives, managing process change, modeling UX/UI design, and acting as Business Analyst for many IT projects.He has worked on projects at diverse organzations such as Microsoft, Skadden, City of Seattle, State of Maryland. As VP of Professional Development led multiple study BABOK® study groups, helping others attain their certification. He is currently chapter President. His certifications also include PMP, IIBA-AAC, Project+.
