Chapter Officers

The Seattle Chapter of the IIBA is made up of 7 officers: President, VP Communications, VP Professional Development, VP Programs, VP Finance, VP Partnerships, and Secretary. Each officer serves a 2-year term with staggered positions coming up for election every year. There are currently open board positions.

Joel Ohringer, MSBA, CBAP®, IIBA®-ACC, President

Joel is a Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with over 20 years of experience. This includes performing analysis work on digital transformation initiatives, managing process automation for an international software company, modeling UX/UI design, and acting as Business Analyst for IT projects for an international law firm. He has served on the Board as VP of Professional Development. He has been involved with IIBA since 2011.

As an Inspirational, Innovative, Business Savvy Professional Leader, she makes significant impact by driving organizational growth, fostering innovation, and leading high-performing teams toward achieving excellence. Reena has a proven track record of fostering collaboration, mentoring teams, developing and executing effective communication strategies to enhance product/brand reputation and stakeholder engagement.

Yvonne Feliciano-Ruiz 

 
Yvonne is a Senior Financial Analyst with over 10 years of experience in the banking and asset management industries. She excels in providing project and program analysis support, reporting on business metrics, and supporting strategic decisions through financial analysis. Her career has included roles in portfolio management, compliance, and credit underwriting. She currently works in the defense industry and is certified as an Entry-Level Business Analyst (ECBA) by IIBA.

Matteo Stelluti

 
Matteo Stelluti is a Business Intelligence Engineer at Amazon, where he uses analytics and data science to support decision-making and improve the customer experience. Passionate about data, he believes in making analytical skills more accessible to professionals at all levels. He holds an MS in Business Analytics from Babson College, an MS in International Management from Bocconi University, and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.

Sarah Andrews

 
Sarah is a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Analyst with extensive experience guiding complex projects from ideation to delivery. With a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, she enjoys transforming business needs into actionable user stories, features, and roadmaps. Career highlights include driving multimillion-dollar eCommerce initiatives, optimizing business processes, and leading successful system migrations.

Oksana is an IT Business System Analyst with over 12 years of experience. She has a strong background in business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration. Her expertise includes requirements management, Agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, and data-driven decision-making. Oksana excels in stakeholder management to drive seamless collaboration between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment around shared goals and delivering impactful solutions.

Ralph is a seasoned C-Suite officer with over 10 years of experience leading financial, operational, and technology teams. He has a proven track record of successful organizational leadership, including a countywide effort for health disparity alleviation and a statewide census initiative. He also has a background in various technological roles such as Business Analyst and Database Developer. He holds a Bachelor's of Applied Information Technology from the University of Baltimore.
