Deploying Strategy? Design Thinking can help!
Design thinking is important in strategy development for both business analysts and business architects. In this webinar, Deirdre Caren will discuss design thinking, its core principles, and the 5 key steps needed to deploy effective strategies.

Design thinking is a systemic, intuitive, customer-focused problem-solving approach that organizations can use to respond to rapidly changing environments and to create maximum impact. The associated skills help people apply creativity to effectively solve real-world problems better than they otherwise would and can be applied in daily life and any industry.
