Lynne Reynolds, Business Analyst
Lynne is a business analyst/business process engineer and founding member of Covestic’s Service Management practice with over 22 years public and private IT industry experience including project and vendor management, over 14 years IT Operations, ITSM process design, process improvement and delivery experience and over 8 years’ experience designing and managing ITSM platforms, including 5+ years configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions for customers all over the U.S. She is PMI PMP and ITIL Foundations certified, a certified ServiceNow system administrator and a certified ScrumMaster. She is currently a member of Covestic’s managed services engagement focused on developing business and technical requirements for a local global software company. Lynne is also the president of the Association for Women in Computing (www.awcps.org).
 
Lisa McGhee, Business Analyst
Lisa is a business analyst within Covestic’s Service Management practice with over 10 years’ experience in IT, customer support and insurance industries. Like Lynne, she is a certified ServiceNow system administrator and a member of Covestic’s managed services engagement currently focusing on developing business and technical requirements for a local global software company. In this role, she translates requirements into system configuration and development user stories. She helps customers adopt and deploy ITSM best practices while supporting their business processes.
