About Rick
Rick Chan has worked in healthcare administration for over a decade, focusing on payer networks and community clinic operations. He is powerfully interest in guiding local healthcare organizations thrive digitally in a complex, challenging and volatile landscape.
He is currently guiding the overall data management of a local behavioral health clinic, Consejo Counseling and Referral Service, which adopted its very first electronic-health records system in 2018. At Consejo, Rick is guiding providers and administrators to think and work digitally.
Along with receiving UW certificates in business analysis and healthcare analytics, in 2019 Rick also taught in the UW healthcare analytics certificate program. As a consistent, faithful IIBA member since 2016, Rick is passionate about guiding non-business analysts to understanding the way of business analysis in the healthcare space.
