Charlie is the Analysis and Training Service owner for King County Information Technology. He was previously a Point B consultant, instructor for the UW PCE Business Analysis Certificate program, and Enterprise Business Architect for REI. Charlie was also a contributing writer of the IIBA BABOK v3 and the IIBA Managing Business Analysts textbooks. He is a gold level certified trainer of Crucial Conversations.
